location was very good,it's just 5 min walk to MTR,the decoration of room was fantastic and spacious, hotel staff very polite and always smiling.

The staff were very helpful in trying to get a limousine to transfer us to Pattaya. For our very first night, our bathroom door could not close due to door oversize. When we return from Pattaya they upgraded us to a better room. They did everything they could to make our stay a happy one.

Not easy to find. It seems not many people know where this hotel is. There is a big advertisement board, but only one side and design is not very obvious.

This affordable hotel is in a great location close to Seven Eleven stores and an entertainment complex. Taxis are easy to comeby and hospitable. the room had a cozy bed and the bathroom had a message-bath tub. the breakfast was average, but the room service was nice. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy.

The hotel staff had communication problems and was challenged when it came to addressing issues like an air conditioner that broke down.
